Estimates and scheduling
Requests submitted through the Assistant or by phone are enquiries, not confirmed work. An appointment exists only once our central reception team confirms it against real calendar availability. Final pricing is confirmed after the job is assessed.
Scope of work
This website covers plumbing services. Where a job requires a specialty trade, permitting, or work outside what we can properly complete, we will tell you rather than proceed.
Access and safety
Please provide safe access to the work area and to water shutoffs. Where a leak is active, shut off the nearest valve or the main supply while you wait for a technician.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule so the slot can be offered to another Broward customer.
