How a Broward Bathroom Remodel Works
A clear sequence keeps a small room from turning into a long project. Here is how we run bathroom work from first contact to final walkthrough.
- 01
Tell us about the bathroom
Start with the assistant. It collects your contact information, address area, project type, timing and any photos or notes you want to include.
- 02
Availability check and appointment
Before anything is confirmed, the assistant checks calendar availability and routes the request through central reception and dispatch. You only get a confirmation when the slot is actually secured.
- 03
On-site walkthrough
We measure, look at existing plumbing and ventilation, and talk through what's realistic for the space and the building.
- 04
Written scope and schedule
You receive a written scope with materials, work sequence and a schedule. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 05
Protected, sequenced build
Floors and doorways are protected, demolition and rough-in are completed first, then waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finish work in order.
- 06
Final walkthrough
We review the finished bathroom with you, address punch-list items, and clean the work area before closing out the project.
Payments and financing
Payment milestones are set in your written scope before work begins. Financing options are discussed case by case during the estimate — no application, approval or payment happens on this website.
Start with a walkthrough
Availability is checked before any appointment is confirmed.
